How do we communicate?
We are always available for communication through email, Skype, Google Hangouts, Slack, etc. We create dedicated Slack channels for our clients for easier and instant communication.
How do i make payments?
You can hire and pay us through reputed platforms such as Paypal, TransferWise, Upwork, Fiverr, Xoom, Skrill, and Payoneer using your credit card, PayPal, ACH/bank account, and eCheck. You will be able to make payments on a weekly basis or monthly – depending on how we eventually layout service level agreements.
How does the payment process work?
Once we get off our call, I will write up a proposal and send it to you. Once the proposal is accepted, an automatic contract will be sent to you. Please read the contract, sign it, then you’ll receive the invoice. We require a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront with the remaining 50% at time of project delivery. A payment plan can be arranged if needed.
How do i protect my intellectual property?
Information confidentiality is extremely important to us. We are more than happy to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) for you, and we highly encourage that you create one for every project you outsource – to anyone. Also, if you hire us through Upwork, you will be covered by their ToS which contains default non-disclosure terms sufficient for this purpose.
How long does it take to build a website?
Each package has a different timeline. Before we build out your site, we will have a discovery call, a content gathering deadline, and then we’ll pick a day to build out your site! The Do It Yourself build takes half a day, the Done With You Build takes a full 14-16 hours and the Custom Package can take up to a week.
Do you offer any refunds?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this work and the amount of time invested to create custom items, We do not offer refunds.
