Most likely you can not fix this error by installing a plugin to your WordPress website. Or changing any settings in your Cpanel. So WHM is the only way to fix this. Because the option Rewrite From header to match actual sender which is set to remote by in some case.

Why You Need WHM to Return Mail to Sender?

WHM (Web Hosting Manager) is the administrative console for Cpanel. It based on internet web hosting servers. Cpanel is the control panel for user’s for their web hosting. Accounts and operated on ports 2082 through 2083 generally.

After you logged in, WHM dashboard appears to you. Here you can find many options to configure your Server almost same as Cpanel Dashboard. Now, find Exim Configuration from all option in WHM. In Top Left corner you can see a search bar. Type Exim Configuration and click Exim Configuration Manager from the list.

Now, In Exim Configuration Manager. Go to Basic Editor > Mail > Rewrite From header to match actual sender.  Here you should do the brainstorm. If you see Rewrite From header to match actual sender is set to remote change it to disable (default) and click save.

So if your option Rewrite From header to match actual sender is already set to disable (default). And you’re getting the same error. Then set it to enabled (all) then click save. Again change it to disabled (default) and save it again.

Now go back to your Webmail and try to send your mail. With anticipation, you will see everything worked fine. This is the way to fix your Webmail.  If you’re using Mail Client Software.
